Not many others have found it yet. Interesting how Simon H is being more forthright with me as collythorpe than as the past incarnation on TFT. Great. I want that.
Thanks for the support. Hope the Downton article is up to normal standards.
Ooh, now that’s clever. It knew who I was, without having to sign in.
And I was going to follow house style by calling myself BaileyCompton. Across the generations, I’ve never wanted anyone to succeed more than those two.
Anyway, welcome. You have built it, and we’re coming.
Glad I found you again. Greetings from the islands. I’ve been undergoing a complete transformation as well and much of that is a complete disconnection from the UK government. Maybe not a direct comparison, but I feel free now…!
Good to see England being somewhat competitive again in the ODI game. It doesn’t take a genius to understand why that is. I’m dreading the Ashes though, as you know who will be back in charge. There was this awesome spirit before the 2005 Ashes knowing we might win but now it’s just a long sigh.
Take care, mate, from someone else outside cricket.
Hooray!

I’ve already seen the world cup predictions article and had a wee prediction there but thought I’d say hello here!

It’s good to be here on a new blog. It’s very good. I do like consorting with Lords as it makes me feel very superior. Know what I mean?

Hello.
My last post on HDWLIA was a Blackadder quote. So here’s a quote from something else to kick off on here:
I know there aren’t two of you (unless you count online identities), but it felt appropriate.
No pressure then!
